Tom Schnell

Chief Executive Officer

Enterprise value is rarely created by strategy alone. It’s created when leadership reduces the friction that limits trust, alignment, execution, and customer confidence.

For more than two decades, Tom has been recruited to strengthen leadership teams, improve execution, rebuild customer confidence, and create measurable business value across retail, consumer products, enterprise technology, IaaS, SaaS, strategy consulting, and founder-led businesses.

Tom’s leadership philosophy was shaped at Walmart, serving Vice Chairman Tom Coughlin, where he learned that ordinary people accomplish extraordinary things when leaders remove obstacles, actively listen to diverse perspectives, and relentlessly focus on the customer. It’s also where he learned what he still considers the six keys to building great businesses.

At in Code Consulting, working alongside former Deloitte leaders including CEO, John Donovan, who later became CEO of AT&T he learned to think in enterprise systems rather than organizational silos.

Those principles were proven at Samsung, accelerated at Hisense, expanded globally at MacStadium, and continue today through CodeTech, Excelsior Me and his role on the Principled Business Executive Board.
