No. Your CodeTech engineers integrate directly into your team, follow your sprint cadence, and communicate through your tools. For individual resources, there is no unnecessary management layer between you and the engineer. For larger dedicated teams, CodeTech can provide delivery leadership when appropriate.  Overall, the relationship feels internal because it is structured to be internal.

Most U.S. clients engage CodeTech through Full-Time (40 hours/week) or Part-Time (20 hours/week) engineering capacity. We also support dedicated teams and, where appropriate, hourly or project-based engagements. Pricing varies by role, seniority, team size and commitment term.

That is what the 90 day replacement guarantee exists for. If the fit is not right for any reason, we transition and replace the engineer at no extra cost to you. No negotiation. No delays. We carry the risk so you do not have to.

Yes. While CodeTech engineers are generally subject to post-engagement restrictions regarding direct employment with existing CodeTech clients, we provide a defined path for clients who want to bring an engineer onto their team permanently.

The conversion process includes a 60-day transition period so CodeTech can recruit, onboard and transition a qualified replacement without disrupting either organization.

Because CodeTech has invested in identifying, recruiting, vetting and developing the engineer—and must then invest again to replace that talent—the conversion requires a Talent Acquisition Fee equal to the engineer’s first-year base salary with your company, as outlined in the client agreement.
