How do you handle time zone differences?
Kosovo operates on Central European Time which overlaps with US East Coast mornings and full European business hours. Our engineers are accustomed to working across time zones and many adjust their schedules to maximize overlap with US teams. We align working hours during the discovery call so there are no surprises.
Will I be managing an offshore vendor?
No. Your CodeTech engineer reports to your team lead, follows your sprint cadence, and communicates through your tools. There is no project manager sitting between you and your engineer. The relationship feels internal because it is structured to be internal.

What happens after the 30 day pilot?
If the engineer is delivering value, which they will be, you continue at the standard monthly rate. No long term contract required. You can scale up, scale down, or convert the engineer to a permanent hire at any point. We build the engagement around your needs, not ours.
Can I interview the engineer before they start?
Always. You review the shortlist, conduct your own interviews, and make the final decision. No one joins your team without your approval.
